Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Inside Sales to join our team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, building relationships, and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and have a knack for understanding client needs to offer the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable EV rental and logistics solutions.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, customer service, or tele calling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
