Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales / CRM to drive customer engagement, manage sales leads, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chats.
• Identify customer needs, pitch relevant services, and close deals.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
• Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle objections and provide quick resolutions.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
