Inside Sales Executive

The candidate must have min 2+yrs of experience in Inside Sales from EdTech domain.

• Cold Calling to B2B contacts/accounts for setting up meeting to pitch the training services. (Contacts details will be provided). 
• Driving the Meetings and pitch the training services to B2B clients. 
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
• Onboard and manage B2B accounts for training sales and generate more business opportunities
• Develop trust relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales from the existing accounts that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• To Ensure the monthly sales target is being met consistently. 
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders. 

Key Personal Attributes:

• Relevant 2-5 years of experience with EdTech companies and Education Industry
• Must have experience in Tele Calling.
• B2B Training sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and Presentation skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• BSc/BA/MBA (preferred) in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
