Job Description: HR Analyst (2-3 Years of Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
1.Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare detailed reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, employee engagement, and performance.
2. Maintain dashboards to track KPIs and present findings to management.
3. HR Process Improvement:
- Evaluate current HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements or new tools.
4. Compensation & Benefits Support:
- Assist in market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Analyze benefits utilization and provide insights for optimizing offerings.
5. Recruitment Analytics:
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Support talent acquisition teams with data insights to enhance hiring strategies.
6. Employee Engagement Analysis:
- Monitor employee engagement survey results and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in tracking the effectiveness of employee retention and satisfaction initiatives.
7. Collaboration: Close coordination and collaboration within HR function and internal stakeholder management with regards to Data management, Synchronization, Analysis and presentation.
