Manager - Floor Employee Relations (ER)

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to onboard skilled FLMs/Workers.
• Conduct interviews and assessment processes to identify the best candidates.
• Negotiate offers and ensure seamless onboarding, including orientation and training.

HR Operations:

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities for workers.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain discipline across the workforce.

Training and Development:

• Conduct training sessions to enhance workers skills and boost productivity.
• Identify skill gaps and plan development programs accordingly.

Employee Relations:

• Address and resolve worker grievances promptly and effectively.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Operational Oversight:

• Monitor attendance, overtime, and shift management to optimize shop floor efficiency.
• Ensure smooth coordination between HR and shop floor operations.
