Role & responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Experience in total recruitment cycle. i.e Shortlisting of Resume, Calling and Scheduling interview, Salary Negotiation, Joining Formalities etc
• Identify organizational manpower requirements of various departments.
• Cater the requirements by identifying the available surplus focusing on priority.
• Maintain the recruitments as per the competence mapping
• Maintaining the Statutory Compliances as per PF, ESIC, BOCW Act and Contract Labour Act.
• Experience in Sub-Contractor labour compliances under various labour laws & Documentation process for Construction Projects.
• Handling the Time Office and Wages administration.
• Experience in Filing Returns under CLRA, BOCW, Bonus & other related Acts
• Experience in PF & ESIC challan generation.
• Liaoning with govt. departments & external auditing authorities.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with 8 plus years of experience in Construction / Real Estate preferred.
