Suncore is looking for a Employee Relation Manager who can perform designing, planning, and implementing the organizations employee relations programs, policies, and procedures; ensuring policies are consistently applied as they relate to employee relations. Managing employee relations specialists and assisting the director in developing and overseeing organizational employee relations strategies, processes, and practices.
Skills : 1. Work with a diverse population to ease tensions between employers and employees, and find effective solutions 2. Must be a good listener who can see both sides of a conflict and come up with a mutually beneficial solution. 3. Good management expertise 4. Develop your own staff programs, and make management-level changes to the employee handbook that pertain to the entire staff 5. Negotiation skills to handle employee requests for salary increases or paid time off.
Key roles : 1. Designs, plans, and implements a companys employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. 2. Maintains good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction. 3. Requires a bachelors degree in a related area and at least 7 years of experience in the field. 4. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. 5. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 6. Performs a variety of tasks. 7. Leads and directs the work of others.
