The Impact You ll Make in this Role
Solventum is seeking six (6) highly motivated Workday Analysts to join our team and provide ongoing support for various Workday modules, including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Time, Absence, Payroll , and Reporting . The Workday Analyst will support 2 to 3 of the above modules and work closely with the US-based team to drive system initiatives, deliver improvements, and provide day-to-day support for Workday-related activities.

In this role, the analyst will be responsible for managing support tickets, resolving issues, assisting with system configurations, performing testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the optimal use of Workday functionality. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across time zones with the US team.
