Job Description
- Develop and Maintain Knowledge Repositories :
- Create and manage a centralised repository of HR policies, procedures, templates, and best practices across countries
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible to Sales/ CSM/ Ops team members
- Content Creation and Curation :
- Develop high-quality content such as FAQs, guides, manuals, and training materials.
- Collaborate with Country experts to gather and curate relevant information
- Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration :
- Implement and manage knowledge-sharing platforms (knowledge bases, collaboration tools)
- Promote and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs
- Process Improvement :
- Identify gaps in existing knowledge management processes and propose improvements
- Develop and document standardised processes and workflows for HR operations
- Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Monitor and analyse the usage and effectiveness of knowledge management systems
- Generate reports and metrics to measure the impact of knowledge management initiative
- Continuous Improvement :
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in knowledge management and HR operations
- Recommend and implement new tools and technologies to enhance knowledge management capability
- Attention to Detail :
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency in documentation and knowledge resources
- Problem-Solving :
- Identifying issues and developing effective solutions to enhance knowledge management processes
- Adaptability :
- Adjusting to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles
- Initiative :
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and driving positive change
- Collaboration :
- Working effectively with others to achieve common goals and foster a collaborative environment
- Education :
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
- Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or operations environment preferably with a role involving knowledge management
- Experience with knowledge management systems, content management platforms, and collaboration tools is a plus
- Skills :
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in creating and managing documentation and training materials
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Technical Proficiency :
- Proficient in using knowledge management tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion)
- Familiarity with HR software systems (e.g., HRIS, LMS)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
