Drive end to end ownership of HR analytics agenda and projects covering PEC processes
Continuously identifies and recommend best practices for applying data mining to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function.
Applies statistical and predictive modeling techniques and works with multiple data sources to generate insights, answer questions, create solutions to measure the effectiveness of people programs and interventions for an organization
Develop dashboard for key impact areas in HR i.e. attrition, performance, talent and recruiting analytics
Understand people data and performance measures and work with PEC HR Operations team to ensure data entered into the Core HRMS is monitored, maintained, reliable, and valid, for a consistent approach to people data definitions.
Lead the delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting that is required for executive leadership (Group Management Committee) and BU people leaders (BU MC/ HR Leadership)
Partner closely with internal HR tech team to design technology solution to collect, analyse and present data.
Builds consistent solution of automated reporting for GILAC ensuring integration of all reporting tools/ HRIS systems (if any) for consistency / accurate time stamp of reporting and providing dynamic data reporting / analysis
Supports the GILAC leadership team (GMC, HR Heads) to identify key people challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
