- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software projects.
- Propose, design, and implement scalable application architectures using .NET Core/MVC and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and strategic insight in the integration of OpenAI APIs, Langchain, and Azure Data Bricks for innovative AI-driven applications.
- Drive the design and implementation of data-driven solutions, leveraging cloud-based technologies like Azure.
- Oversee the development lifecycle, including code reviews, ensuring best practices in coding standards and security.
- Identify potential technical challenges and devise strategies for risk mitigation.
- Maintain a keen awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance solution architecture.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a strong ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the capability to drive projects to completion within deadlines.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
