7+ Salesforce and 4+ LWC hands-on development experience is a must.
Candidate should have 4+ years of experience on Sales and Service Cloud.
Strong experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Lightning web components.
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related web technologies.
Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and SOSL. Hands on Sales and Service Cloud.
Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, including code versioning, deployment, and security.
Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Design, develop, test and deploy Lightning web components for various Salesforce applications.
Review, identify, prioritize technical and delivery risks and develop a risk mitigation plan
Validates the technical Architecture and review the impacts on the existing architectures for new developments and enhancements
Hands-on experience on Azure/GIT deployment process
Work closely with the project team to understand the requirements, create design documents, and ensure that the applications are aligned with business goals.
Participate in code reviews, ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Collaborate with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth functioning of the applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Salesforce development, and implement them in the applications as required.
Provide technical support to end-users, and ensure that the applications are meeting their needs.
Participate in Agile development processes, and provide regular updates to the project team on progress and milestones.
