Job Description

1) Managing Operational procurement team

2) Organzing materials for both Unit-1 and Unit-II factories

3) Monitoring of placing purchase orders with vendors as per lead time

4) Monitoring web cycles and digitally signed invoices from domestic vendors

5) Getting PESO approvals for GBFSS business

6) Reviewing OA from vendors

7) Monitoring advance payment to vendors and accounting

8) Monitoring UL invoice accouting

9) Monitoring critical parts & Missing parts and ensure that all materials available for production on time

10) Monitoring MRP & PR status and PO creations

11) Monitoring Sea mode consignments

12) Monitoring open order reconcilliation

13) Providing PDCAs

14) Maintaining ISO related documents

15) Monitoring SETU tool usage for GRN

Qualification : BE or diploma in Electronics and communication or Electronics and Electrical Engg is preferred

Experience : 7 to 8 years in electronic parts purchase in reputed company

Knowledge requirement :

a) SAP knowledge is mandatory

b) Good knowledge in English

c) Good knowledge in Excel
