Job Description
- Candidate shall be responsible for delivery of metro telecom package.
- Technical management of the COM packages namely CCTV, PAS, PIDS, TETRA, TELEPHONE, MCS, FOTS etc
- Vendor identification the delivery of various systems supplied by the OEMs.
- Seek obtain vendor approvals from metro customer
- Handle operational collaborate with client to satisfy contract requirements and plan compliance.
- Work closely with project team and ITC team for execution
- Deliver project according to QCD, Contract and Safety commitments as specified at contract related signed Variation Orders
- Ensure that the project workload needs are well forecasted.
- Familiar with Claims and Variations process.
- Able to identify Risk and opportunities in the project.
- Lead operationally the Project Team, defining the project priorities.
- Ensure Project Management Processes, Methods and Tools are applied on project.
- Ensure implementation of EHS.
- Willing to travel domestic and internationally as per the business needs.
- Support in Telecom Bids locally and internationally.
- Bachelor s / master s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or similar along with minimum 20 years of experience in PM - 10 years experience as Project Manager in metro projects .
- Sophisticated level of communication English
- Sophisticated know-how of Metro Railway Communication Systems.
- Ability to mentor others. Occasionally has to pass on skills to others.
- Have experience of budgeting, risk management, planning skills and project management skills
- Profit and Loss experience would be an added advantage.

Job security. No competition
Extreme favouritism. Too many back door entries and incompetent folks at the top positions. HR is a manager's puppet. Promotions are given only to the ones closer to the manager irrespective of one's skills and contribution. Absolutely no respect for one's talent and you cannot question the status quo. Good people leave and masuers remain.
