Warehouse Supervisor- Inbound/Outbound

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound/outbound activities for Fruit, Vegetable and Milk products.
• Manpower Handling and load distribution.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure safe and effective operation.
• Quality inspection of received SKUs.
• Coordination with logistics partner for timely placement of vehicles.
• Stock Transfer Process.
• Packing of SKUs as per predefined standard.
• Control over rejection process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma or Graduation.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse Supervisor Role, Quick Commerce experience (FnV) will be preferred.
• Proficiency in warehouse inbound/outbound practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
• Email, MIS and Report perpetration.
• Good Knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Familiar with route wise picking, hub and spoke model, dark stores.
• Experience of working in WMS environment.
