Role & responsibilities

• Supporting for All Spare Parts Materials Minimum and Maxmimum stock levels and inform to Executive, As per our Store MSL
• Preparation of Daily Spare Parts Stock Statement and Check list of receipts,Maintaining return tools register And purchase requistion Report to executive.
• All Incoming Spare Parts Materials Invoice check with our purchase order and inward process in physicaly and submitting invoice regularly to accounts department by updating Inward register.
• Maintaining Spare Parts as per 7S , GMP standards and display the Identifications of the Materials.
• All Materials will follow the FIFO (First In First Out) while issuing to Maintanance Department. Materials Issues as per SOP's
• We have faced quarterly stock audits with accounts people, and costing for stock Audits and part of stock audit to minimize the time limit and count the materials.
• Doing daily stock count as section and racking wise updation and Bin card updation and informing to Executives and superiors.
• Updating Notification rack wise material,Daily issued materials, and if any materials are showing low stock informing to executive and superiors.
