Role & responsibilities

As a Asst. Hub Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes from Inbound, Outbound and Processing stages.

You need to manage a team of 200 employees maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience (6 years) in a managerial position in an ecommerce sorting facility like Amazon/Myntra/Flipkart/Ecom Express.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team for 24 hrs operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
