Warehouse Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, such as quality assurance, inventory control, space utilization, logistics, floor productivity, and customer service.
• Schedule and oversee the warehouse teams activities, ensuring efficiency and minimizing overtime.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure safe and effective operation.
• Collaborate with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop strategies for improvement and loss prevention.
• Manage logistics for product transport to customers and company facilities, ensuring efficient coordination with drivers and delivery partners.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum Graduation.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse Manager Role, Quick Commerce experience will be preferred.
• Proficiency in warehouse procedures and policies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
  

Preferred Skills

• Quick Commerce - Fruit and vegetable.
• Experience with WMS or similar warehouse management software.
• Experience of working in WMS environment.
• Knowledge of Hub & spoke model and Dark stores.
