Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong background in the US logistics domain to engage with our customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for enhancements and additional business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management in the US market, as well as a proven track record of building lasting customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their logistics needs, challenges, and goals.

Identify opportunities for process improvements, product enhancements, and additional service offerings.

Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions that meet customer needs.

Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Prepare and present proposals and business development plans.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

Manage customer feedback and escalate issues for resolution as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer engagement or business development within the US logistics domain (minimum 5 years preferred). Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management in the US market. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Experience with CRM tools and data analysis to track customer interactions and business performance.

Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as operations, sales, and product development.

Preferred:

Masters degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience with logistics technology solutions, such as TMS, WMS, or other supply chain software.
