Job Description: IT Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a tech-savvy IT Executive to support the company's new software launch through data analysis and IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing system performance, ensuring smooth software implementation, and supporting IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis & Software Implementation:
- Analyze data trends, system performance, and user feedback for the new software launch.
- Work closely with the development and marketing teams to optimize software usability.
- Monitor software deployment and troubleshoot issues in real time.
2. IT Support & System Maintenance:
- Ensure smooth operation of company IT systems, networks, and hardware.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
- Assist in system upgrades, security patches, and data backup processes.
3. Reporting & Documentation:
- Generate reports on software performance, user adoption, and issue resolution.
- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist in training employees on new software functionalities.
4. Security & Compliance:
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
- Identify and mitigate IT risks related to software implementation and data management.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for software updates and security enhancements.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in IT support, data analysis, or software implementation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, Excel, and software testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and database management is a plus.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Previous involvement in software deployment projects.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting processes.
