Job Description: Store Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for a smart and dynamic Store Manager to oversee store operations, accounts, and
client relations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, accurate financial
records, and excellent customer service while driving overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Store operations & Inventory Management:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of products.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
2. Accounts & Financial Management:
- Handle billing, cash flow, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Maintain store financial records and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing, vendor payments, and audits.
- Minimize losses and optimize operational costs.
3. Client Handling & Customer Service:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in business development by identifying sales opportunities.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming store environment.
4. Team Leadership & Compliance:
- Supervise store staff and ensure smooth team coordination.
- Train and guide employees on store policies, customer handling, and financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate/Master"s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related
field.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in store management, accounts handling, or retail operations.
- Skills:
- Strong accounting and financial management knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

What We Offer:
- Salary Range: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000, based on skills, experience, and interview performance
