Senior Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure financial compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate accounting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Handle statutory compliance including GST filing, TDS returns, and annual IT returns
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee project-wise accounting and cost analysis
• Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
• Monitor and record all financial transactions related to property sales and purchases
• Manage payroll processing and vendor payments
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulatory requirements.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate sector preferred
