Job Description: Marketing Head
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead our digital and physical
marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product marketing, customer
engagement, and campaign execution to drive brand growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing when, how, and what to market while ensuring that product feedback is
effectively utilized for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for digital and offline channels.
- Plan product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Align marketing plans with business goals and sales targets.
2. Digital & Physical Marketing Oversight:
- Manage social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and online branding.
- Oversee print advertising, outdoor marketing, and retail promotions.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
3. Product Marketing & Positioning:
- Define when, how, and what products to market based on demand and trends.
- Work with the product team to create product positioning, pricing, and messaging strategies.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
4. Customer Feedback & Market Analysis:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies.
- Implement customer engagement programs to increase brand loyalty.
5. Team Management & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives, designers, and content creators.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and PR firms.
6. Budgeting & Performance Tracking:
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in both digital and traditional marketing.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, social media management, and marketing automation
software.
- Prior experience in product marketing and customer analytics preferred.
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000, based on skills, experience, and interview performance
