Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with OEM clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve targets for the OEM segment, identifying new business opportunities and markets.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our laminate products and their applications in various industries to effectively communicate value to clients.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals, including pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines, tailored to client needs.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential OEM partners, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and quality control of products.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to improve products and services, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
**Qualifications**
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the laminate, building materials, or manufacturing industry, with a focus on OEM sales preferred.
