About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of KAM leads and KAMs to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction for key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensuring the team addresses and resolves client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Meet clients on a regular basis for their expansion needs, operational planning, load enhancement and relationship building
- Work closely with cross functional teams (Product, ops and finance) to provide timely resolution to the client
- Performance reports to be regularly shared with all Enterprise accounts
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, thus driving higher revenue through Value Added Services
- Managing end-to-end account receivables (outstanding dues) from the teams assigned portfolio
- Maximize profits through positive gross margin
- Follow established sales processes and policies.
Qualification & Skill set required :
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in account management, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of key account management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Customer obsession, Relationship Management , Negotiation & Closure skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
