About the Role Key Responsibilities ● Make regular cold calls and talk to new potential customers all day ● Understanding their PTL potential, requirements and pitching & selling our product accordingly. ● Handle end to end sales cycle from product demo to negotiating, closing a deal and business extraction. ● Identify strong and viable D2C brands/manufacturers/traders to increase market share ● Build new client relationship and maintain and grow existing ones and handover to KAM seamlessly ● Generate market intelligence (competition analysis) and establish competitive advantages ● Establish relationships with new customers and partners that help achieve assigned sales targets. ● Proactively interact with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. ● Work closely with operations, finance and tech team and ensure quick issue resolution of the client ● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
