Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in human resources.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and communicative team player who can work independently and collaborate with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and screening to conducting interviews and making offers.
  • Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and operations.

Employee Relations Communication:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address HR-related issues.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on company policies, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and foster strong employee engagement through communication and feedback.

Performance Management:

  • Support managers in performance review cycles, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and providing feedback.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee development plans to improve performance.

Compensation Benefits:

  • Assist with administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay.
  • Support the enrollment, communication, and administration of benefit programs.

Compliance Policy Development:

  • Ensure the organization is compliant with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Assist in the creation and updating of HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and organizational needs.

Training Development:

  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees on a variety of topics such as company policies, workplace culture, and skill development.
  • Identify learning and development needs to enhance employee skills and contribute to career growth.

HR Reporting Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Generate HR reports to assist with decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in HR or related fields, with a strong understanding of HR functions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with occasional extended hours or travel depending on the needs of the role.
