Position: HR Executive
Location: Thiruvottiyur,Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and participate in interview panels.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Records and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Benefits Administration:
Support employees with benefits enrollment and address benefit-related inquiries.
Collaborate with external providers to ensure efficient benefits administration.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Track employee training progress and provide support for development initiatives.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
Policy Implementation:
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Generate and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related activities.
Coordination with Departments:
Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and challenges.
Ensure HR processes align with organizational goals.
Compliance:
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
Ensure HR practices are in compliance with legal requirements.
Event Planning:
Organize and coordinate employee events, meetings, and celebrations.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Contribute to special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Must Work in Lift Industry
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
