Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure that the property is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
2. Resolving resident tickets (complaints and requests) and internal tasks
3. Maintain stock levels and parts within budget
4. Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team
5. Ensuring satisfaction and happiness of team members
6. Oversee security of buildings and grounds
7. Check in and Check out process
8. Giving tours of the property to prospect customers
