Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and increase market share.
• Partnership: Forge strategic partnerships with corporates, embassies, and other organizations to expand the restaurants reach and clientele.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers & all stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify and tap opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our restaurant products and services.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy to promote the restaurants image and offerings. Manage the restaurant’s social media profiles, creating engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience. • Oversee Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance data to optimize for maximum ROI. Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like Zomato and TripAdvisor, maintaining a positive reputation and addressing feedback constructively.
• Create compelling marketing materials and content for various channels, ensuring consistency in tone and brand messaging. Plan and coordinate in-house events, ensuring they align with the restaurant’s brand values and objectives.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to market special menus and promotions effectively.
• Sales & Marketing Budget: Develop and manage sales & marketing budgets, and performance metrics. Track marketing campaign results, providing reports on key metrics and insights for continuous improvement.Bring in additional vendors such as graphic designers , photographers and over see all coordination with them

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales & marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns, particularly in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, Google Ads, trip advisor and other search engines. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable plans.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficient in analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in an in-house role within the restaurant industry.
