Responsibilities: Franchise Sales and Development: ● Drive franchise sales, including both master and individual franchises, by developing and nurturing leads through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings. ● Oversee the franchise sales team and ensure effective lead generation, qualification, and closure. ● Design and implement strategies to attract high-quality franchisees. ● Conduct market research to identify potential franchise territories and opportunities for expansion. Team Leadership and Training: ● Lead, mentor, and manage the franchise sales team, ensuring team alignment with company goals. ● Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve sales techniques, customer engagement, and lead conversion. ● Develop training programs for store managers at existing and new stores, focusing on operations, customer service, and sales performance. Offline Marketing Activities: ● Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand
