Assistant Manager

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Hot End

1. Responsible of core technical calculation related to selection of Canning methods, mat, insulation and catalyst.
2. EATS design specification understanding from SOR / RFQ
3. Understand the market/future upcoming emission norms/technologies and update the Hot End related technology configurations for different applications.
4. Work with extended enterprises (Substrate and Catalyst) to design catalyst related engineering activity.
5. Supply chain handling (Substrate, Support mat, Insulation, Gasket, Wire mesh, Mounting straps & V band clamp)
6. Support for DVP sample preparation and Proto sample build.
7. Supporting to DFMEA preparation
8. Problem solving for catalyst related queries from production or new development
9. Lead design and VAVE activity related to substrate size and catalyst loading to meet target
10. Supporting plant team for hard stuffing / controlled canning quality inspection by push out test and comparing the machine output data with CMM measurement.

Qualifications –

B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering)

Experience– 6 - 9 years

Age preference- 25 - 30Yrs
