Position: Marketing Head – Thane

Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 – ₹24,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
Franchise Development & Business Growth
Identify and onboard new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones.
Identify and allocate franchises, fostering the growth of the company's network.
Represent Supremus Angel at client meetings, conferences, and industry events to enhance market presence.
Execution & Strategy:
Drive sales and manage the end-to-end execution of client engagements and investment advisory.
Deliver high-quality financial models, pitchbooks, market analyses, and business proposals.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets.
Team Building & Operations:
Mentor and develop team members, ensuring operational excellence in compliance and governance.
Travel & Networking:
Travel extensively for client meetings, business expansion and industry networking.
Education:
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration from a top-tier institution.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in investment advisory, consulting, or business development, preferably with strong exposure to the financial sector.
Proven expertise in franchise development, sales, and client acquisition within the financial services industry.
Strong background in market expansion strategies, business modelling, and financial analysis to drive growth.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain high-value client relationships and strategic partnerships.
Experience in executing large-scale marketing campaigns, business negotiations, and brand positioning to enhance market presence.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing teams.
Client Relationship Management: Expertise in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
