Company has stable growth in the business, sustainability and good reputation in European and USA markets. Sharda is changing its style. HR is trying bring gradual changes in the system. Earlier it was 6 days working now it changed to 2nd and 4th saturday off. Employee engagements such as festive celebrations, picnic, Exit interviews, interactive sessions.

More clarity on job roles and overlapping positions should be avoided. Clarity on reporting structure is needed. Delegation of role and control should be complemented with each other. Control in the hands of Owners demotivates the professionals to perform.
