Working at sharda cropchem has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, i've been impressed by the company's commitment to employee growth & work life balance. One of the things i appreciate most is the collaborative and supportive team environment. My colleagues are not only talented but also genuienly supportive, kind and happy in each other's success. This creates a postive and motivating atomshpere where everyone feels valued. I also value company's transparent communication. Seniors are approachabale and consistently provide clear direction and feedback. The benefits package is competitive, and the work-life balance is nice. This organisation truely unerstands the importance of employee well-being. In conclusion, i highly recommend Sharda cropchem as an employer. I think sharda cropchem could significantly improve the employee morale and productivity by implementing a more structured feedback system. Regular, constructive feedback, both positive and areas for growth, would help us understand our performance and feel more valued.

Company has stable growth in the business, sustainability and good reputation in European and USA markets. Sharda is changing its style. HR is trying bring gradual changes in the system. Earlier it was 6 days working now it changed to 2nd and 4th saturday off. Employee engagements such as festive celebrations, picnic, Exit interviews, interactive sessions.

Dislikes

More clarity on job roles and overlapping positions should be avoided. Clarity on reporting structure is needed. Delegation of role and control should be complemented with each other. Control in the hands of Owners demotivates the professionals to perform.
