Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets across the zonal region. Ensure strategies align with overall company objectives, focusing on sustainable growth and market share expansion. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and their respective teams to ensure achievement of targets and optimal performance. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Oversee the growth and development of business within the designated zone, identifying new business opportunities and managing customer relationships to drive revenue. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal departments such as PPIC, SCM, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies, anticipate market demands, and seize growth opportunities. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, ensuring alignment with the companys financial and strategic goals. Process Optimization & Compliance: Ensure the effective implementation of sales processes, adherence to company policies, and compliance with ethical standards in all sales activities. Brand Representation & Promotion: Ensure the visibility and positioning of the companys products across the zone, working with ASMs and teams to deliver effective product launches and promotions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Proficient in CRM software and sales tools. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Industry Expertise: Experience in sales within Textile/FMCG or related industries is essential. Competencies: Ability to drive sales growth, manage cross-functional teams, and effectively manage budgets and forecasting. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams to success.
