Manager - Coating

Designation:

Manager (Operations) in Latex compounding and coating Manage latex Compounding manufacturing operations. Coordinate and direct with latex coating team for their process and quality demands and providing them consistence product for smoother operations. Modify running products without affecting the quality and production process. Implementing raw material from different vendors after arranging production trials and submit proper trial workflow reports. Make internal machine trials for increase productivity.

Job Responsibilities& Selected contributions:

• Arrange production raw materials as per monthly production plans.

• Make machine trials of hot melt adhesives and TPR coating for new vendor development.

• Instruct and manage production of Hot melt adhesive by directing operators for taking exact GSM in customer wise.

• Taking internal and external vendor trials for implement different products.

• Maintain Raw materials and accessories for daily production.

• Make daily stock report and production reports.

• Maintain quality of all incoming materials before making production batches.

• Make new products by doing R&D works.

Qualifications:

BE ., B.Tech or equilant qualification Minimum of 10 years of experience in Rugs and Carpet Coating , Latex and TPR with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the rugs and carpet industry.
Salary will not be a constraint to the right candidate.
