Sr. Manager/Sales & Business Development Protective Coating Educational Qualifications: 5 plus years of relevant work experience of managing BD role in the field of Industrial Coatings. Proven record of BD growth. Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field. Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques. Exceptional project management and networking skills Background: Chemicals/Paint Industry Location: Gujarat & Mumbai, Maharashtra Responsibilities:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering with 5 plus years of relevant work experience of managing BD role in the field of Industrial Coatings.
- MBA will be an added advantage
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
- Use BD techniques to improve sales revenue.
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
- Track all business-related invoices.
- Responsible for day to day Sales activity in PC Products categories.
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
- Promote the companys products or services to prospective clients.
- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
- Ensure all client queries are handled within timelines and customer satisfaction score is maintained.
