- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Exceptional project management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential. Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
- Expert level technical recruitment skills.
- Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude.
- Individual Contribution will be a plus.
- Become a SME on the business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to date on industry news.
