Job Description
- Responsible for acquiring talent pool via various source mixes like Job Portals , Social Media, Employee Referral Scheme for the company .
- Responsible for driving Employees On Boarding , Induction & Orientation plans and ensuring 100% success ratio in onboarding of new joinees.
- Responsible for accessing and evaluating Sales Staff Productivity on monthly basis and preparing dashboards
- To assess employee satisfaction and take appropriate initiatives for improving the employee satisfaction index by driving Buddy Program, Employee Connect Programs on monthly basis .
- Ensure 100% compliance of all the statues pertaining to regional HR.
- Establish a proven process for recruiting the right person for the right job at the right time.
- Responsible for driving training initiatives for Sales team on monthly basis in consultation with functional team & Business Partner HR
- Responsible for preparing HR dashboard reports on monthly basis
- Responsible for HR operational activities from hiring to exit of an employee .
