Devise action plan to improve the productivity levels of workers , contractual laborer's , staff and employee retention.
To assess employee satisfaction thro a survey and take appropriate action for improving the employee satisfaction. Driving various rewards and recognition schemes for employees in regular intervals monthly , biannual & annual.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including Provident Fund, ESIC, and Factory Act.
Actively Overseeing industrial relation (IR) issues which involves a proactive approach to addressing grievances, discipline, domestic enquiry, collective bargaining with trade unions, and providing employee support and services.
Monitoring statutory compliance at all levels involves liaising with external agencies, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal requirements. This includes maintaining strong communication channels, conducting regular audits, and visualizing compliance metrics to uphold industrial relations effectively.
Coordinate organization of morning Meeting, Safety Week and other employee involvement activities on the shop floor for compliance and legal standards.
Managing the Health Insurance Program by coordinating free health checkup camps for factory workers. Additionally, organized various employee engagement activities including birthday celebrations, get-togethers, town halls etc.;
Maintain the existing welfare measures and implement innovative employee welfare schemes.
Administer Payroll, Employee benefit, Communication, Guest houses, Security, Transport.
