AGM / DGM Human Resource

1. Need to handle around 2000+ migrated employees for all three shifts.

2. Responsible for manpower planning, talent acquisition, on-boarding, training &

development for new hires.

3. Statutory compliance, Industrial Relations and conflict management.

4. Well experience in Performance Management system, Employee welfare and

engagement activities.

5. Candidate must have good exposure and experience in Textile or manufacturing

sectors

6. Responsible for handling the Industrial safety.

7. He should be able to develop and implement HR policies and employee retention

strategies.

8. Need to handle compliance, buyers' audits, legal adherence.

9. Must have excellent communication, decision making and team management skill
