Sr. Purchase Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Stock checking in movex locations and with users of required material as per requisition.
• Development of vendors, arranging quotations & collection of samples, negotiating and procuring goods as per the approved sample at the lowest cost.
• Purchase items with sufficient lead-time to prevent material delays/shortages.
• Co-Ordination with End-users, vendors, & store for material procurement.
• Recommend alternate suppliers where a savings in cost/delivery& payment terms.
