Experience : 5 to 10 years

Location : Shimoga, Karnataka

1. Responsible for developing and executing the production plans aligning with customer requirements.

2. Inventory management and allocation of resources to get the optimum production

3. The candidate should have strong knowledge of knit fabrics and the fabric manufacturing process

4.  Demonstrated experience of handling customers directly

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and dispatch

6. Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills

7. Strategic planning & implementation

8. Lead and guide the team members to get better results

9. Coordinating with the merchandising team and buyers.

10. Ensuring customer satisfaction & customer communication on time

11. To check the process loss periodically and amend wherever necessary with due   approval from the unit head

12. To monitor on closing the order after the dispatch completion and clearing the WIP and any left over stocks.

13. Responsible for keeping the order records like, OTP report, OCR audit report and DPR
