Sr Executive HR & Admin

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and selection process with succession planning
• Coordinate with agency for Visa /Ticket for new recruit
• Develop, implement and monitor HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Processing Payroll, Handling Statutory compliance, Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure statutory and legal compliance throughout human resource
• Coordinate for social cultural functions on various occasions
• Coordinate with various agencies for medical emergencies

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate with Post Graduate Degree in HR or Related Field
• Experience: 10 to 15 years. At least 5 yrs in GULF , preferably as HR Manager in a Manufacturing Industries

• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening and understand employees problems
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of law and HR practices in Gulf
• Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office,
• Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Self-Starter
• Time Management Skill
