Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy Development
   
• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Plan and execute initiatives to enhance sales performance.
2. Team Management
   
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Ensure timely training and skill development of team members.
3. Client Acquisition & Retention
   
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and direct clients.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to promote retention and referrals.
4. Revenue Growth
   
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting leads into sales.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
5. Coordination with Other Departments
   
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and project teams to streamline operations.
• Ensure smooth execution of the sales process from lead generation to closure.
6. Market Intelligence
   
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Provide insights for product development and pricing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 6-10 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
• Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Skillset:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including local regulations.
