Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team at Senwell Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective lead-generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in target markets using online tools, databases, and social media.
• Generate quality leads through email campaigns, cold calling, and social media platforms.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead details.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand them over to the sales team.
• Assist in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute personalized email campaigns to nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads to maintain engagement and build strong relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead-generation software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.
• Good knowledge of email marketing tools and strategies.
• Basic understanding of the IT/software industry (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
