Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Technical Recruiter with expertise in identifying and hiring candidates specializing in Angular, React, and ASP.NET. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of these technologies and a background in Computer Science (B.Sc./B.Tech). You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Source potential candidates through online channels, job portals, and social media.
Screen resumes and job applications to assess candidates' technical skills in Angular, React, and ASP.NET.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical knowledge and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical tests and interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment progress.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Angular, React, ASP.NET, and recruitment practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
B.Sc. or B.Tech in Computer Science or related fields.
Technical Knowledge:
understanding of Angular, React, and ASP.NET technologies.
Ability to assess technical skills and match candidate profiles with job requirements.
Recruitment Skills:
Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting methods, including social media recruiting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools is a plus.
Additional Skills:
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in technical recruitment or IT hiring is preferred but not mandatory.
Exposure to hiring for Angular, React, and ASP.NET roles will be an added advantage.
