About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Lead Generation Specialist. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company’s growth by identifying and nurturing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including online research, databases, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support business growth objectives.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce relevant company offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation and a strong sales background (Mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).
• Experience in international BPO sales is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on delivering results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• Female candidates preferred for this role.
• Graduation (Mandatory)
