Job Title: Business Development Manager - Capital Markets Solutions.
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and build relationships within the capital markets industry.
- This role requires deep expertise in selling capital markets products, services, and solutions, with a strong emphasis on FIX protocols, buy/sell-side operations, and simulation/fix testing.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Identify, develop, and execute business development strategies for capital markets products and services.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through targeted solutions selling to buy-side and sell-side clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, deliver customized solutions, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Leverage expertise in FIX protocols to guide clients through integration, testing, and optimization processes.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring alignment with client requirements and market trends.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of simulation and FIX testing services to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies.
Qualifications:.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within capital markets.
- Strong understanding of FIX protocols and experience with integration, simulation, and FIX testing.
- Knowledge of buy-side and sell-side market operations and workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
